The app didn't recognize Nova Launcher on my phone, so I can't apply the design. Requesting a refund since I can't use them. A shame, I was really looking forward to playing around with these.

I just purchased this app for the second time and am STILL unable to install this on my phone. It goes through the whole install process and then says App not Installed? I got the refund, but I'm just very upset about this and don't understand why I can't install this. I have many other apps of yours installed on my family's various devices and have never had this problem on the past. Please help.
